This is an appeal from a preliminary decree dated

27th June, 2018 made by the learned court below. We

have considered the grounds in the memorandum of

appeal and the prima facie case made out in the stay

application.

We direct stay of operation of the impugned

judgment and decree until further orders. The learned

court below shall not proceed further with the partition

S.D.

suit.

However, we give another chance to the

respondents to appear before us.

List this appeal and the stay application once again

on 14th June, 2023.

Advocate-on-record for the appellants shall give

notice of this order to the respondents.
