In re: CAN 1 of 2023

On behalf of the claimant, this application is filed

with a prayer for substitution of legal heirs of the claimant

Gayani Alias Gayne Paswan, son of Dwarka Paswan, who

died on 25th October, 2022.

It is submitted that the judgment and award is

passed on 16th November, 2022 and award was

promulgated to the extent of Rs.25,000/- along with

interest @ 6% per annum. In support of the substitution

application, death certificate of Gayani Alias Gayne

Paswan has been annexed.

Considering all facts and circumstances, the

prayer for substitution stands allowed.

Department is directed to carry out the necessary

amendment in the Memorandum of Appeal forthwith.

The learned Registrar General is requested to

disburse the amount with interest among the legal heirs of

the deceased Gayani Alias Gayne Paswan in equal share

on proper identification.

CAN 1 of 2023 stands disposed of.
