Mr. Samiran Giri, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner in reply had concluded his argument. However,

he had relied upon few decisions in reply to deal with the

argument made on behalf of the State on the last

occasion.

For the ends of justice another opportunity is

granted to Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay to deal with the

judgments relied upon by Mr. Giri today in course of his

reply.

The petitioner and the State respondents shall file

their respective written notes also before the day when

the matter shall be taken up next.
