The subject-matter of challenge before this Court relates

to the judgment and order dated November 22, 2022 passed by the

learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Fast Track

Court, Bichar Bhawan, Calcutta in Criminal Appeal No.04 of 2018.

By the said judgment and order the learned appellate court affirmed

the finding of guilt so far as the judgment and order of conviction

passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 21st CBI Court,

Calcutta in G.R. Case No.299 of 2002 (arising out of CBI Case No.99

of 2017) is concerned.

I have considered the submission advanced by the

learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner was

throughout on bail, I direct the petitioner to furnish fresh bond

before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 21st CBI Court, Calcutta

by 15th March, 2023.

Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional

application upon the office of the Superintendent of Police, CBI,

ACB, Nizam Palace by speed post with acknowledgement due and

file affidavit-of-service on the next date fixed for hearing.

Let the Lower Court Records pertaining to the trial court

as well as the appellate court be produced before this Court on the

next date of hearing.

List the revisional application under the heading

"Contested Application" in the monthly list of April, 2023.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly

downloaded from the official website of this Court.
