The Court : The matter has been fixed for examination and the

judgment-debtor no. 1 is not present in Court.

This is an application for execution of an award dated 30th December,

2017 for an aggregate amount of Rs.24,87,809/-. Repeated orders have been

passed from time to time. Pursuant to orders of Court, the judgment-debtors

are directed to file their Affidavit of Assets. No Affidavit of Assets have yet been

filed by the judgment-debtor no.1.

In view of the repeated disobedience with the orders of Court and non-

filing of the Affidavit of Assets, let there be a warrant of arrest against the

judgment-debtor no. 1.

The Officer-in-Charge of the concerned Police Station and the

jurisdictional Superintendent of Police is directed to ensure due execution of

the warrants of arrest and production of the judgement debtor no. 1 on or

before the returnable date.

The judgment-debtor no. 2 shall be present on the returnable date for

examination.

Let this matter appear on 15th January, 2024.
