                    Parties are directed to file their written notes of

              arguments along with judgments they are relying upon by

              August 21, 2023.

                    Both the parties are directed to clarify the scale of pay

              and the rank of the petitioner at the time he was Branch

              Manager.

                    The respondent is further directed to clarify to the

nature of the punishment that has been given and the

amount of reduction in pay scale that has taken place.

The petitioner is also directed to produce the

promotion order whereby he was promoted to clerk to

Assistant Manager, Scale-I and thereafter to Branch

Manager.
