Three writ petitions are taken up for

consideration analogously as they involved similar

issues.

By the impugned order in the three writ

petitions, the Director of Health Services, Government

of India was directed to complete the entire exercise of

consideration of the applications submitted by the

original applicants in response to the notice dated

August 16, 2012 followed by Addendum dated August

21, 2012 for promotion of Staff Nurse Grade II in

accordance with Memorandum dated September 1,

1979 in light of the observations made by the

Tribunal in the body of the judgment.

State is the writ petitioners in three writ

petitions.

Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the

writ petitioners/State submits that, the Director of

Health Services considered the applications

submitted by the original applicants and passed an

order dated August 9, 2023 with regard thereto.

A copy of the order dated August 9, 2023 is

made over by the learned Senior Advocate for the

State to the learned advocate for the private

respondents in Court.

Since, the Director of Health Services

decided on the application of the original applicants,

we find no ground to interfere any further with regard

to the impugned order.

The grievance of the original applicants, if

any, with regard to the order dated August 9, 2023

and all points with regard thereto of the respective

parties are kept open.

WP.ST 80 of 2019, WP.ST 81 of 2019 and

WP.ST 82 of 2019 are disposed of accordingly.
