2017 and this Bench at the present does not have the determination to hear the

suits filed in 2017. The learned advocate for the plaintiff submits that since

substantial hearing has taken place before this Bench, let this matter be heard

by this Bench and prays for adjournment to enable them to take steps if the

matter can be assigned before this Bench.

So far as the steps to be taken by the plaintiff for assignment is concerned,

this Bench has nothing to express but with regard to the prayer of the plaintiff

for adjournment is concerned since this Bench does not have the determination

and, as such, the matter is directed to go out of the list for the time being.
