The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that there are

inadvertent typographical errors in the order dated 18 August, 2023. The order

dated 18 August, 2023 is corrected to read as follows.

It is submitted by the award holder that the warrant of arrest as directed

by an earlier order of Court is due to expire today. In view of the urgency, the

matter is taken up for hearing. The returnable date for the warrant of arrest in

respect of judgment-debtor no.2 stands extended till 17 October, 2023.

The judgment-debtor no.1 is produced under arrest and undertakes to file

their Affidavit of Assets in terms of earlier order of Court by 4 September, 2023.

Mr. Susanta Dutta, is appointed as an Advocate to represent the

judgment-debtor no.1.

In the meantime, the warrant of arrest in so far as the judgment-debtor

no.1 is concerned shall remain suspended.

The Jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure due

execution of the warrant of arrest and production of the judgment-debtor no.2

before this Court on or before the returnable date.

Let this matter appear before the Regular Bench in the monthly list of

October 2023.
