Nirman Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Merlin Projects Ltd.) on the ground that one of us

(Biswaroop Chowdhury, J.) had passed the impugned judgment and

order.

The impugned judgment and order in the instant appeals is an

extension of the judgment and order, the appeals against which we had

released on 7th July, 2023.

Hence, the instant appeals and the connected applications are

also released from our list on similar grounds.

Let the file be placed before the Hon'ble The Chief Justice as

expeditiously as possible to enable his lordship to make an

administrative order.
