Learned counsel appearing for the judgment-debtor nos. 1 and 2 submits

that the appeal from the decree is pending before the Division Bench of this

Court and is running in the list even today.

Learned counsel appearing for the decree-holder seeks a direction on the

judgment-debtors to keep the decretal amount of Rs.1.93 crores in a separate

account until the matter is decided.

Learned counsel appearing for the judgment-debtors submits that this

can be considered by the Division Bench in the pending appeal.
