The Court: Notwithstanding directions given as far back as in 2018, the

award-debtors have failed to file their Affidavit of Assets.

By an order dated 19 July, 2023, a final opportunity was granted to the

award-debtors to file their Affidavit of Assets.

It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that the Affidavit of Assets is

ready but has not been served on the award-debtors till date.

Upon payment of costs of Rs.25,000/- to the award-holder, liberty is

granted to the award-debtors to file their Affidavit of Assets.

Let this matter appear on 14 August, 2023.

It is made clear that in default of payment of costs, appropriate orders for

warrants of arrest would be issued against the judgment-debtors in view of the

deliberate non-compliance with the orders of Court.
