The Court:- Heard learned counsel appearing for the

respondent/award-holder who seeks to argue that the 75% deposit under

Section 19 of the MSMED Act must be on the principal amount plus interest.

Counsel has placed a decision of the Delhi High Court in this

respect as well as the judgment passed by this Court reported in AIR 2021

Calcutta 274.
