The Court : The matter was appearing in the Warning List and both

the parties are deemed to have had notice that the matter would be taken

up today. The judgment debtor remains unrepresented. It is submitted on

behalf of the award holder that despite earlier direction of Court as far

back as on 2 November, 2017, the judgment debtor have failed to file their

Affidavit of Assets.

In such circumstances, let there be a warrants of arrest issued against

the judgment-debtors.

The Jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge

of the concerned police station are directed to ensure due execution of the

warrant of arrest and production of the judgment-debtors before this Court

on or before the returnable date.

Let this matter appear in the Monthly List of September, 2023.
