This appeal engaged the attention of the
court for more than half an hour.
Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1/
writ petitioner was present and apprises the
court of the facts of the case and the impugned
judgment and order in great detail. Although,
repeated communications were made learned
counsel for the respondent no.1 with learned
counsel for the appellant/State by telephone, he
could not make himself present in court. His
junior left the court room to call him but never
reappeared.
In those circumstances, we conclude
hearing of the appeal.
The appellants are at liberty to file written
submission before the ACO attached to this
court by 25th April, 2023.
The advocate on record for the
respondent/writ petitioner is to communicate
the gist of the order to the appellants advocate
on record.
