The Court: The petitioner is represented. It is submitted on behalf of the

petitioner that the date for execution of the warrant of arrest be extended for a

period of twelve weeks from date.

Let this matter appear twelve weeks hence.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure due

execution of the warrants of arrest and production of the judgment debtors

before this Court on or before the returnable date.

The Superintendent of police is directed to file a report as to why the

warrants of arrest have not been executed till date.
