CRAN 1 of 2022 has been filed praying for

modification of judgment and order dated 6.9.2019. The

said order has been passed by an another Judge sitting

of this Court. As this is a prayer for modification, the

matter needs to be considered by the Judge who passed

this order.

Accordingly, the matter is released with liberty to

the learned lawyer for the petitioner to have the matter

mentioned before the appropriate Bench.
