This appeal is directed against the judgment and

order passed in WPA No. 30701 of 2014 dated 1st March,

2021.

The appellant has filed this instant appeal along

with an application for condonation of delay of 306 days.

The Stamp Reporter after taking into

consideration of the order passed by the Special Bench &

Hon'ble Supreme Court during the Pandemic Covid-19

reported that there is a delay of only thirty days.

The appellant has sufficiently explained the delay

in the instant application.

This Court has satisfied with the explanation for

delay in filing the instant appeal and accordingly delay is

condoned.

CAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
