The Court:- The judgment-debtors is represented. This is an application

for enforcement of an award dated 30 th September, 2021. The award is for a sum

of Rs.12,04,384.52/-. It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that the

award has become final, binding and enforceable and there is no challenge

pending to the same.

In view of the aforesaid I am of the view that, at this stage there is no

embargo in proceeding with this execution application.

The judgment-debtors are directed to file their Affidavit of Assets in terms

of prayer (b) of the Tabular Statement within a period of four weeks from date.

Let this matter appear on 13th April, 2022.

It is made clear that in default of filing of the Affidavit of Assets,

appropriate order for warrants of arrest would be issued against the judgment-

debtors.
