The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that

notwithstanding service having been effected on the judgment debtors, no

Affidavit-of-Assets has been filed till date. None appears on behalf of the

judgment debtors nor is any accommodation prayed for on their behalf. In view of

the aforesaid, let a further opportunity be granted to the judgment debtors to file

their Affidavit-of-Assets in terms of the order dated 7 February, 2022.

Let this matter appear on 29 March, 2022.

In the meantime, the award-holder is directed to forthwith intimate the

directions in this order to the judgment debtor and file an Affidavit-of-Service on

the returnable date.
