The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that notwithstanding

repeated directions for filing an Affidavit of Assets, the judgment-debtors have

deliberately failed to file any Affidavit of Assets.

It appears from the orders dated 27 November 2021 and 18 February 2022, that

repeated opportunities were given to the judgment-debtors to file their Affidavit of Asset.

None appears on behalf of the judgment-debtors nor is any accommodation

prayed for on their behalf.

Accordingly, let Warrants of Arrest be issued against the judgment debtor nos.2

and 3.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the local

police station are directed to ensure due execution of the Warrants of Arrest and

production of the judgment-debtor nos.2 and 3 before this Court on or before the

returnable date.
