It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioners that
in view of several mistakes contained in the revisional application, the
petitioners want to withdraw the instant application and liberty may
be given to the petitioners to file a fresh application on the self same
cause of action.
Prayer is allowed.
CRR 1303 of 2022 is disposed of being withdrawn and liberty
is given to the learned Advocate for the petitioner to file a fresh
revision on the self-same cause of action. Certified copy of the
impugned order be handed over to the learned Advocate for the
petitioners after being replaced by photostat copy of the same.
