This is an application for condonation of delay for filing of the written
statement. Upon hearing both the parties, I am of the view that the condonation of
delay may be allowed as the application has been filed within 90 days from service of
the writ of summons.
Keeping in view the Supreme Court judgment, the delay in filing the written
statement is condoned and the defendant/applicant is directed to file its written
statement within a period of two weeks from date.
GA No. 5 of 2021 is disposed of.
