The Court : This is an application for execution of an award dated 21st

June, 2021. The award is for a sum of Rs.29,83,160/-.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there has been no

challenge to the said award and the same has become final, binding and

enforceable.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to effect service on the

judgment-debtors and file an affidavit of service on the returnable date.

In the meantime, there shall be an order in terms of prayers (b) and (i) of

the Tabular Statement.

The matter is made returnable 7th February, 2022.
