Ct.No.29.
AS.
2.
C.R.R. 328 of 2010
In the matter of : Golam Gaus Mondal.
... Petitioner.
Mr. Madhusudan Sur, ld. A.P.P., Mr. Dipankar Paramanick.
...for the State.
Learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears.
Proper authority is requested to regularize the appointment
of Mr. Madhusudan Sur and Mr. Dipankar Paramanick, learned
Advocates.
In compliance with the direction of this Court, learned
Registrar (Judicial Service) submitted the report and that of the
learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Burdwan.
On careful perusal of the report submitted by the learned
Magistrate, it appears that original Misc. Exe. Case No.29 of
2004 arising out of Misc. Case No.250 of1990 has already been
disposed of in full satisfaction on 15.7.2011.
This revisional application is against the judgment and
order dated 27.11.2009. From the case record particularly in the
order dated 9th February, 2009, it is seen that the petitioner was
directed to take all the arrears due and prayed for extension of
the interim order. It was further directed to file affidavit of
service.
From the record, I do not find any such compliance in the
record. Furthermore, I have gone through the judgment and
order dated 27.11.2009 and I do not find any irregularity
therein.
Thus the instant revisional application stands disposed of.
Copy of the order be sent down to the Court of the learned
Judicial Magistrate, Purba Burdwan.
