The Court: This matter requires exchange of affidavits. Accordingly, let
affidavit-in-opposition be filed within a period of three weeks from date; reply
thereto, if any, within two weeks thereafter. Liberty is granted to the parties to
mention for inclusion in the list.
Mr. Pal Chowdhury, counsel appearing on behalf of the judgment-debtor
submits that his client is in possession of his portion of the property and his
client undertakes, on instruction, not to transfer or alienate any portion of the
property which is being claimed by the decree-holder.
It is further directed that the Receivers shall submit full and proper
accounts with regard to the period that they have been holding the position of
Receivers. The report should be filed before this Court three weeks hence.
The matter is made returnable three weeks hence.
