The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that

notwithstanding the earlier orders of Court, the judgment-debtor has not filed

their Affidavit of Assets till date.

None appears on behalf of the judgment-debtor nor is any accommodation

prayed for on their behalf.

It appears from the affidavit of service that service has been effected on the

judgment-debtor.

In view of the aforesaid, let a warrant of arrest be issued in terms of prayer

(e) against the judgment-debtor.

The matter is made returnable on 25th March, 2022.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure due execution of the warrants of arrest and production of the aforesaid judgment-

debtor before this Court on or before the returnable date.
