The Court: The decree-holder is represented. It is submitted on behalf of

the decree-holder that despite directions given for filing of Affidavit of Assets,

no Affidavit of Assets has been filed by the judgment-debtors.

I find that notwithstanding an earlier order dated 29 th November, 2021,

none of the judgment-debtors have filed any Affidavit of Assets.

None appears on behalf of the judgment-debtors nor is any accommodation

prayed for on their behalf.

In view of the deliberate, intentional and non-compliance by the judgment-

debtors, let Warrant of Arrest be issued against the judgment-debtor no. 1.

The matter is made returnable on 21st March, 2022.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure due

execution of the warrants of arrest and production of the aforesaid judgment-

debtor no. 1 before this Court on or before the returnable date.
