Government advocate submits that a Co-ordinate

Bench of this Court in its judgment passed in

W.P.A 532 of 2013 has dealt with the issue in

detail, which the petitioners are canvassing in the

present writ petition. He further submits that in

view of the said judgment the petitioners are not

entitled to relief as prayed for.

He files photocopy of the said judgment and

supplies a copy thereof to Mr. Dalapati who seeks

accommodation to peruse the said judgment.

The hearing of the writ petition is adjourned.
