The matter is pending since 2007. The department has reported on 6th December, 2022 that the certified copy of the judgment of the first appellate court was sent to learned Additional District Judge, 4th Court, Paschim Medinipur on 19.9.2008 for making necessary correction. But till date no corrected certified copy of the same has yet been received. We direct the learned Additional District Judge, 4th Court, Paschim Medinipur to send forthwith the corrected certified copy of the judgment of the first appellate court. Registrar Administration (L & OM) must ensure that this order is duly communicated to the learned Additional District Judge, 4th Court, Paschim Medinipur without delay. The Registrar Administration (L & OM) is also directed to enquire the reason for not placing the matter after September 2008 within a reasonable time. Let this matter appear on 18th January, 2023.

Registrar Administration (L & OM) shall file a report on the adjourned date.
