The Court: In CS/29/2016, this Court was pleased to set aside the ex

parte judgment and decree dated 7th November, 2019 against which present

execution case has been initiated subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/-

within one week from the date of order, that is, 12th December, 2022.

The judgment-debtor herein has handed over a cheque amounting to

Rs.10,000/- to the decree-holder.

Let the matter appear on 4th January, 2023 for passing further order.
