submissions.

Mr. Sourav Mondal, learned Counsel has

commenced his argument appearing for the Union of

India.

An accommodation has been prayed for by Mr.

Mondal, learned Advocate, on the ground that to deal

with the four judgments cited by Mr. Majumder, he needs

a day accommodation.

Considering such prayer, for the ends of justice, he

shall resume his argument tomorrow on August 5, 2022

or so soon thereafter as and when the business of the

Court will permit.

Since the hearing has proceeded substantially the

writ petition shall retain its position in the list.
