The Court: In spite of several orders of this Court, the fresh affidavit of

assets has not been filed. It appears that the award debtors have planned fast

and loose with this Court.

Accordingly, let warrants of arrest be issued against the judgment debtors,

namely, Ujjal Kumar Upadhayay (Director of EMTA Coal Ltd.) Gaurav

Upadhayay (Director of EMTA Coal Ltd.), Bikash Mukherjee (Director of EMTA

Coal Ltd.), Ashok Kumar Jha (CFO EMTA Coal Ltd.) & Partha Sarathi Roy

(Senior Manager - Commercial).

The matter is made returnable twelve weeks hence.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure due

execution of the warrant of arrest and production of the aforesaid judgment

debtors before this Court on or before the returnable date.
