Tirthankar Ghosh, J:-
In view of the judgment delivered in CRR 1096 of 2019 and the present
revisional application having been preferred in respect of an Execution Case in
respect of the same proceedings, I am of the opinion that no interference is
called for as the Execution Case relates to the year 2010 for recalling of the
warrant of arrest. The parties would be bound by the present judgment being
delivered in CRR 1096 of 2019 and the subsequent order passed by the learned
Chief Judicial Magistrate, North 24 Parganas, on the basis of the directions
passed in the aforesaid judgment.
With the aforesaid observations CRR 2265 of 2019 is disposed of.
Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this judgment duly downloaded
from the official website of this Court.
Urgent Xerox certified photocopy of this judgment, if applied for, be given
to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
