The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that

notwithstanding an opportunity for filing of affidavit of assets, no affidavit of

assets has been filed by the judgment-debtors.

In view of the aforesaid, the time to file the affidavit of assets is extended by

a period of eight weeks from date.

Let this matter appear in the Monthly List of December, 2021.

It is made clear that in default of filling of affidavit of assets, appropriate

order for warrants of arrest would be issued against the judgment-debtors.

The decree-holder is directed to serve a notice on the judgment-debtors

forthwith and file the affidavit of service on the returnable date.
