The Court: The order dated 14 September 2021 stands modified to reflect

that Mr. Rudrajit Sarkar had appeared on behalf of the intervenor and not the

decree-holder. It was also submitted on behalf of the parties that the matter

should appear for fixing a date for examination of the judgment-debtor.

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 14

September 2021. The intervening application would also be heard on 9 November

2021. The judgment-debtor is also directed to file the affidavit of assets in Form

No.16A of Appendix - E of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1980 on the returnable

date.
