The Court: Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the decree-holder be kept

with the records. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that despite

opportunities, the judgment-debtors have failed to comply with the earlier

directions of Court and file any affidavit of assets in terms of the order dated

6th March, 2020.

In view of the non-compliance on the part of the judgment-debtors, let a

warrant of arrest be issued against the judgment-debtor no. 1.

The matter is made returnable on 22nd November, 2021.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local Police Station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrant of

arrest and production of the judgment-debtor no. 1 on or before the returnable

date.
