The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that

notwithstanding the directions passed in the order dated 4 th February, 2020,

no affidavit of assets has been filed by the judgment-debtors. In view of the

non-compliance with the earlier orders of Court, let warrant of arrest be issued

against the judgment-debtor no. 1.

The matter is made returnable on 22nd November, 2021.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local Police Station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrant of

arrest and production of the judgment-debtor no. 1 on or before the returnable

date.
