The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that

notwithstanding the order dated 16th April, 2019 the Receiver has been unable to

take possession of the asset. The Receiver is directed to file his report on the

returnable date. It is also submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that the

decree remains unsatisfied till date.

Let this matter appear in the Monthly List of November, 2021. In the

meantime, let there be an order in terms of prayer (c) of the Tabular Statement.

The decree-holder is directed to inform the judgment-debtors of the passing

of this order and file an affidavit of service on the returnable date.
