The Court : This is an application for execution of an award dated June

26, 2019. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that there is no

challenge to the award and the same has become enforceable.

The Department is directed to effect service on all the judgment-debtors

in terms of Order 21 Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

The Department is directed to comply with the aforesaid direction within

a period of four weeks from date.

In the meantime, there will be an order in terms of prayer (i) of the

Tabular Statement.

Let this matter appear on the 15th of November, 2021.
