                           When the writ petition is taken up for

                   hearing Sk. Imtiaj Uddin, learned advocate appears

                   on behalf of the writ petitioner and prays for

                   accommodation since Mr. Bari, learned advocate

                   who is representing the petitioner is not present.

                   Though Ms. Sipra Majumdar appearing on behalf of

                   the   State     respondents,     since      online   Ms.

Bhattacharyya, learned senior Government

advocate appears on behalf of the State this Court

has requested Ms. Bhattacharyya to take

instruction and come back before this Court on the

next date, relating to judgment and order passed by

a coordinate Bench of this Court on 16th March,

2021 on a similar matter.
