This court by its order dated 23.08.2021 had disposed of the criminal

appeal being, C.R.A. 262 of 2017 alongwith the application being, IA No.

CRAN 1 of 2021. In view of the settlement arrived at by and between the

husband and wife, my attention is invited at 5 th line of paragraph 2 at page 6

of the judgment wherein reference has been made in the 'Matrimonial Suit

No.95 of 2020' through inadvertent typing mistake. It is pointed out that the

matrimonial suit has been filed under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage

Act, 1955 before the learned District Judge, Bankura was registered as

'Matrimonial Suit No.89 of 2021'.

Accordingly, necessary correction be made at 5 th line of paragraph 2

at page 6 of the judgment dated 23.08.2021 passed in C.R.A. 262 of 2017.

This order be treated as part of the order dated 23.08.2021.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same.
