the respondent Nos.2 and 3 has filed written notes of

argument in the form of compilation containing

judgment and order of the Division Bench of the

Hon'ble Delhi High Court dated 8th January, 2021 in

the case of Directorate of Enforcement & Anr. -Vs-

M/s. Vikas WSP LTD & Ors., where I find that there is

a reference of an order dated 2nd December, 2020. Mr.

Roy, is not able to place that order dated 2nd

December, 2020 and seeks further time.
