The Court : The decree-holder is represented. None appears on behalf of

the judgment-debtors despite service. It is further submitted on behalf of the

decree-holder that notwithstanding the direction dated 14 th September, 2018,

no affidavit of assets has been filed by the judgment-debtors.

In view of the aforesaid, a last opportunity is granted to the judgment-

debtors to file their affidavit of assets within a period of four weeks from date.

Let this matter appear in the Monthly List of November, 2021.

In the meantime, the decree-holder is directed to effect service of a notice

on the judgment-debtors informing them of the passing of this order and file

an affidavit of service on the returnable date.

It is made clear that in default of filing their Affidavit of Assets, appropriate

orders for warrant of arrest would be issued against the judgment-debtors.
