The Court : None appears on behalf of the judgment-debtors nor is any

accommodation prayed for on their behalf. The Report filed on behalf of the

Receiver be kept with the records. The Receiver is directed to serve a copy of

the Report filed in Court on all the parties. It is submitted on behalf of the

decree-holder that the decree remains unsatisfied till date.

In view of the aforesaid, the judgment-debtors are directed to file their

affidavit of assets in Form No. 16A of Appendix-E of the Code of Civil

Procedure, 1908 within eight weeks from date.

Let the matter appear in the Monthly List of December, 2021.

It is made clear that in default of filing their affidavit of assets, appropriate

orders for warrant of arrest would be issued against the judgment-debtors.

The decree-holder is also directed to serve a notice on the judgment-

debtors informing them of the passing of this order and file an Affidavit of

Service on the returnable date.

The Receiver appointed in terms of the earlier orders of Court stands

discharged.
