The Court: Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the decree holder be

kept with the records.

Notwithstanding the service on the judgment debtor none appears on

behalf of the judgment debtors nor is any accommodation prayed for on

their behalf.

In view of the aforesaid, the judgment debtors are directed to file their

Affidavit of Assets in terms of prayer [e] of the Tabular Statement.

It is made clear that such affidavit should be filed in Form 16A of the

Appendix E of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 disclosing full particulars of

all their assets and properties which are sufficient to satisfy the decretal

dues within a period of four weeks from date.

In default of filing of Affidavit of Assets, appropriate orders for warrant

of arrest would be issued against the judgment debtors.

Let this matter appear in the monthly list of December, 2021.

In the meantime, the decree holder is directed to inform the judgment

debtors of the passing of this order and file an affidavit of service on the

returnable date.
