The Court: The decree holder is represented. None appears on behalf

of the judgment debtors nor is any accommodation prayed for on their

behalf.

It is submitted that there has been no compliance with the orders

dated 21st January, 2020 and 6th February, 2020. It is also submitted that

notwithstanding directions to file Affidavit of Assets the judgment debtors

have failed to file any Affidavit of Assets.

In view of the aforesaid, let this matter appear in the monthly list of

November, 2021.

In the meantime, the judgment debtors are directed to file their

Affidavit of Assets in terms of order dated 6th February, 2020. The judgment

debtors are also directed to comply with the earlier directions of Court. The

decree holder is directed to serve a notice forthwith on the judgment debtors

and Advocates appearing on their behalf and file an affidavit of service on

the returnable date.

In default of filing of affidavit of assets, appropriate orders for warrant

of arrest would be issued against the judgment debtors.
