It is submitted on behalf of the decree holder that the judgment

debtor no.1 has entered appearance.

In view of the aforesaid, the decree holder is directed to serve a notice

on the judgment debtors informing them of the returnable date.

In the meantime, the judgment debtors are directed to file their

affidavit of assets in terms of prayer [c] of the Tabular Statement.

Let the matter appear in the monthly list of November, 2021.

The decree holder is directed to forthwith inform both the advocate

on record of the judgment debtors and the judgment debtors of passing of

this order and file an affidavit of service on the returnable date.
