The Court: None appears on behalf of the judgment debtors nor

is any accommodation prayed for on their behalf.

It is submitted on behalf of the decree holder that the award has

become final, enforceable and binding.

In view of the aforesaid, let there be an order in terms of prayer [h] of

the Tabular Statement. The judgment debtors are directed to file an

affidavit in terms of Form 16A of the Appendix E of the Code of Civil

Procedure, 1908 disclosing full particulars of all their assets and properties

which are sufficient to satisfy the decretal dues within a period of four

weeks from date.

In default of filing of affidavit of assets, appropriate orders for

warrant of arrest would be issued against the judgment debtors.

Let this matter appear in the monthly list of November, 2021.

The decree holder is directed to inform the judgment debtors of

passing of this order and file an affidavit of service on the returnable date.
