The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that
notwithstanding the issuance of warrant of arrest as far back as on 21
November 2019 against the judgment-debtor no.1, the judgment-debtor no.1
has still not appeared in this proceedings and the same has not yet been
executed.
In view of the aforesaid, the time to execute the warrant of arrest is
extended by a period of two months from date. Alternatively a fresh warrant be
issued against the judgment-debtor no.1 in compliance with the earlier orders
of Court.
The warrant of arrest is made returnable on 15 November 2021.
The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of
the local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrant of
arrest and production of the judgment-debtor no.1 before this Court on or
before the returnable date.
The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of
the local police station are also directed to file a Report as to why the earlier
warrant of arrest could not be executed in terms of the earlier orders of Court.
